    As per our discussion, there is a serious concern with 1MG lab test done on 27th Aug in Gurgaon from a prime location (Richmond Park, Sushant Lok).

    We have booked two tests for two patients and both the test was conducted with in-efficient staff and the report generated is also not at all accurate.

    Two reports they have generated of the same test with different readings. Both the report has been attached of Ms. Manju Devi with a different reading, which is a criminal offense and they are least bothered after contacting so may time in customer support app (which is the only option to get connect)

    Another report of Ms. Manju Devi is still pending and they committed that I would have received the report the same day by EOD. Now, the patient is sitting in Paras hospital and they are not responding and least bothered about the same irrespective of her old age and sitting there for 3 hours since morning.

    I think they have clear intentions of fraud with the pre-advance payments made to them hence I request to cancel their license as so many complaints have already been registered in their grievance department and Google but still it’s falling on deaf ears.

I have booked my medicines on 9th November and I am not getting my medicines as per the original commitment of 10th and 11 th November, everyday they change the expected delivery date in the app and that’s it. Customer support agent simply ask for apology for inconvenience and tells me that they have prioritised the delivery but nothing will happen, they also say supervisor will call but I don’t get any call, I have been fooled by taking full money upfront and also the membership fees and they are making me to beg every day for my medicines, they treat the medicine supply even worst than the grocery supply and they are playing with my money and also with my health, today one of the agent is saying that she will credit rs.100/- for the delay I think they feel with money they can buy me, I have asked them can you buy health with this rs.100/- for which there is no proper response, I am
    Sitting without medicines for the last 3 days even after paying entire money. There is no proper commitment date and no proper reason they will simply use the so called technical delay term . I am really fed up with them
